blouse has a
ruffled collar with a tie in the middle and a peep hole beneath it. The
shoulders have pinched gathers, a sash at the waist and the billowy
sleeves taper at the cuff with one button and have gussets. The full
skirt has a three inch waistband with thin ties that wrap and connect
on back or front and knife pleats that open up towards the bottom.
