Periwinkle, light blue nylon blouse covered in flowers and spots in shades of  white, grassy green, mint green, and sky blue. It has a large pointed collar, buttons down the front, box hem, and sleeves taper at the cuffs and close with one button. Blouse has not been worn, has original hang tag.
