80s, blue, cotton Hawaiian maxi dress. It has a square neckline. The front panel is a solid blue with a floral print in shades of white, gray, blue and green with a speckled background on either side. The big, puff sleeves have elastic and a ruffle. The bottom has a large double ruffle, one is solid the other is floral. The front ruffle has a slit. Dress closes with a back zipper. Labeled "Royal Creations made in Hawaii".
