80s, black, rayon and poly party dress. It has a black jacquard print background with a vibrant rose print over it in shades of pink, burgundy, gold and greens. The low neckline has a thin black piping. It has padded shoulders and the puff sleeves have large satin bows. The front seams open up with an inverted pleat. It has a back kick pleat, is fully lined and closes with a back zipper. Labeled "On The Rocks".
