70s, designer, white poly dress covered in coveted black polka dots. The bodice has a scoop neckline and the delightful puff sleeves have elastic. A seam runs from the neckline to the waist on front side and vertical darts rise up from the waist on backside. The skirt has side seam pockets and a black ribbon trim is found at the hemline. Labeled "Victor Costa ltd.".
