Sassy, off white, lightweight, polyester dress with a paint splattered print in shades of blues and gray. The bodice has a scoop neckline and there are three white loop buttons at one shoulder with pleats beneath it. Dress has puff sleeves and there is elastic at the waist. Dress slips overhead.
