Vintage Blue Wool Challis Dress

Navy blue, wool challis dress with a flat collar, that continues on backside as a large panel that is stitched down at the waist and trimmed in blue grosgrain with a bow in the middle. This wrap style dress closes with hidden snaps and the front has four large decorative buttons. It is darted at the bust and has a set of vertical darts rising up each side in front from the waist. The straight cut skirt has box pleats that open up towards the bottom. Dress has a self belt. The three quarter sleeves are cut in one piece with the bodice and dress is lined. There is a tiny moth nip at one sleeve, near the underarm, hardly visible and the lining has faded a bit, but is not visible when dress is worn. Labeled “R&K Original personally yours”.
