Black Taffeta Strapless Party Dress

Exquisite, 1950s, black, taffeta, strapless, bombshell dress. Petal bust has ruffles of black net with silver metallic thread. The darts that run along the front and backside of bodice have boning. Full skirt has a thin piping at the waist and the backside is spectacular, it gathers up at the sides with pleating, the center has a long, full piece of fabric that is open on either side. This allows the black net with silver metallic flowers to show through. Underneath that is more black net with another taffeta skirt underneath it. Backside looks like it has a bustle. A large net and metallic bows adorns the middle. Dress has a back metal zipper. Labeled "Emma Domb".
