Vintage 40s Style 80s Dress

1980s dress with a 1940s style. This lightweight, poly dress has a white bodice with a black rose print. It has a scoop neckline with pleats that run down to the waist. It has barely there cap sleeves and padded shoulders. Dress has elastic at the waist and a flirty, peplum cascades from it and dips lower on backside. The skirt is done in a solid black. Dress closes with back zipper. Labeled "Jenny made in USA".
