Vintage 1980s Blue Diaphanous Dress

Diaphanous, navy blue dress covered in a white print made of different size lines. Blouson bodice has a small standup collar and a placket beneath it with fabric covered buttons. The waist has elastic and a thin sash. The billowy sleeves taper at the cuff with one button. Only the bodice is lined. Label at the neck was removed only a union label remains.
