80s, black, swing, rockabilly, cotton western dress. It has chevron stripes on the top and skirt. The bodice has padded shoulders and metal studs adorn the tip of the collar. Metal buttons run down to the waist. The full skirt has elastic at the waist and a turquoise, vinyl belt. The belt has some small spots. Petticoat is not included. Labeled "Lilia Smitty".
