Blue Cotton 80s Dress with Polka Dots

Delectable, navy blue cotton and rayon dress covered in white polka dots. The bodice has white cording at the neckline, the shoulders are padded and the sleeves are gathered. Front has a midriff that becomes larger in the middle as it peaks upwards, it is also trimmed in white cord. There are three red and white decorative buttons in the middle. Back waist has elastic. Skirt has knife pleats descending from the middle and then open up towards the bottom.
Dress closes with a back zipper and is new with original $49.99 price tag.
