Black Velvet 80s Dress

Sultry, black velvet, 80s dress that does 40s quite well. Bodice has a scoop neckline with a satin trim and the shoulders are padded. Three quarter length sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and have a satin button at the cuff. The skirt has a playful peplum with a wide satin trim and the peplum has black net underneath. Backside has a large satin bow and a back kick pleat. Dress closes with a back zipper. It is new with original $140 price tag, but not perfect, there is a small wear spot along on shoulder, noticeable upon close inspection. Labeled "Kwai".
