Black Mini 80s Vintage Dress

Lightweight, black, poly mini dress is covered in fun and flirty white squiggly lines and dots. The blouson bodice has a scoop neckline and a white drop collar with a bow at the bottom. There are black loop buttons at the shoulders making the collar detachable. Back neck has a button and key hole opening beneath. Sleeves have shoulder frill inserts to create a puff sleeve. There is one button at the cuff. Dress is new with original hang tag. Labeled "Nicki's Girl".
