Bernie Blue 80s Vintage Dress

Vintage 1980s dress does 1950s. It has a white background and a large, bold floral print in red, pink, white greens, yellow and blue. The bodice has drop shoulder sleeves and elastic at the waist with a wide, self belt. Full skirt has side seam pockets and dress slips overhead. Petticoat not included. Fabric content is cotton and poly. Labeled "Bernie Blue made in USA".
