80s, Avante garde, sheer blue, poly dress. The slouchy bodice has dolman sleeves that taper at the wide cuff with fabric covered buttons. It has padded shoulders and elastic at the waist. The full gored skirt has a straight cut skirt underneath with a ruffled bottom. Dress has back fabric covered buttons to the waist. A silver tone metal belt ties dress all together at the waist. Labeled "JT Dress".
