80s Vintage Mini Dress Butterfly Belt

80s, rayon blend, secretary mini dress. It has stripes in shades of black, gray, olive green and plum. The puff sleeves are cut in one piece with the bodice and have one button at the cuff. Skirt has a large center box pleat with decorative buttons. Back neck has a loop button and a slit beneath it. Skirt has elastic at the waist and a black belt with a metal butterfly buckle. Label was removed.
