40s Style Vintage Black Velvet Dress

1980s black velvet dress with a 40s style. Dress has a wide midriff with a leaves print sprinkled with sparkling, plum, hue glitter. The peplum falls beneath the midriff on both side with netting underneath for added stiffness. The straight cut skirt has a back pleat and the side ties at the waist connect on back side. The bolero style jacket also has glitter details on the front side. It has padded shoulders and puff sleeves. Jacket is open down and dress closes with a back zipper.
