1940s Look 80s Vintage Dress

1980s black, rayon dress with a 1940s style. Dress is covered in a wonderful hibiscus floral and leaves print in shades of pink, teal, cream and gray. The bodice has a dramatic, standup pleated collar that drapes down along one side. It has padded and pleated shoulders. Vertical darts rise up from the waist front and back. The full skirt has side seam pockets. Dress closes with a back zipper. Belt is not included. Labeled "E.D. Michaels".
