Chic, 80s, dark, rich, teal wool sheath. Dress has a stand up collar and five gold tone and teal metal buttons with a shield in the middle that adorn one shoulder. It has underarm panels that become larger towards the bottom. Shoulder have a small pad. Dress is darted at the bust, has hip pockets and a back hidden zipper.
It is fully lined and new with original $148 price tag.
