80s, liquid, black, silk, glam party cocktail dress. It is completely covered in lavish iridescent silver sequins. Dress has a deep V neckline that is embellished with small black beads. The shoulders have small pads. Front has a large sequins appliqué in iridescent black and gold sequins that are outlined with small black beads. Shoulders, sleeves and side seams are also trimmed with black beads. Dress has twelve inch slits, is fully lined and slips overhead. Labeled "Made in India".
