70s vintage inspired modern blue halter mini dress. The bodice has white top stitching details. Thin straps at the neck cross on backside and connect on front side, there is more than one way to tie this. The midriff is smocked and has six decorative buttons. The bodice is lined in a pretty pink, green and blue floral cotton, making a bra unnecessary. Fabric content is 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Dress is new with original hang tag. Labeled "Angel Kiss".
